This section looks at the roads and water sectors. The data in this section was got from the Ramps Inventory and water Database.
As of 2008, Luwero district had a total of 32 feeder roads distributed throughout the district with a total length of 418.20 kilometers.
Majority of the people of Luwero derive safe water from Deep bore holes, hand dug wells and protected springs. The safe water coverage of Luwero district for the year 2014 stands at 61 percent. This is an improvement of water points compared to what was registered during 2013. All the three town councils in the district have got piped water supply. Table 6.2 shows that Luwero Sub County had the highest safe water coverage in the district at (92%) while Kamira Sub County had the least coverage of 34 percent.

The three town councils draw their water from piped water system. And this water system was taken over by national water and sewerage cooperation.
